Learn more about Human-Enhanced Agents and how they can work for you.
An HEA is a purpose-built AI assistant that combines curated human knowledge with dynamic AI reasoning. It can serve content, guide users, and answer questions intelligently—tailored to your values and context.
Unlike generic chatbots, an HEA runs on your own content, tone, and purpose. It’s fully customizable, private, and runs on a trusted infrastructure—designed to reflect your voice, not just echo a language model.
With our tools, you can build and publish an HEA in under 5 minutes. Enrichment, encryption, and hosting are all automated.
Yes! Each HEA provides a lightweight embed code — just like a YouTube video — that works on personal sites, blogs, e-commerce pages, and more.
Yes. HEA files are encrypted before being published. Only the runtime agent decrypts them using secure keys stored in our cloud infrastructure. No plaintext content is exposed.
Absolutely. HEAs are ideal as digital guides, support agents, onboarding assistants, or even expert advisors embedded on your site.
HEAs can be built from articles, resumes, white papers, strategy docs, FAQs, and more. You provide the intent and context—we add intelligence.
HEAs are powered by OpenAI models, selected based on performance and use case. You don’t need to manage the model yourself—it’s embedded into the platform.
Nope. HEAs are completely codeless. You simply upload your content and configure tone, purpose, and design — we handle the rest.
Yes. You’ll be able to access real-time usage insights: number of conversations, common questions, popular content, and engagement patterns.
We’re currently in early access mode. Many features are free to try for few months, and pricing will remain affordable, especially for individuals and small teams (starting from 15 euro/$ per month). Premium tiers will include analytics, private storage, and advanced control.
You do. Your HEA is built from your content, encrypted under your control, and designed to reflect your values and style. We never resell, share, or monetize your data.
Yes — HEAs support contextual CTAs. You can define buttons or suggestions that appear during conversations, prompting users to: • visit a page, • download a file, • book a meeting, • or trigger any custom action. It’s a powerful way to turn curiosity into conversion, without being pushy.
Yes — HEAs support multilingual conversations. By default, they adapt to the user's input language (English, French, Spanish, etc.) thanks to the underlying AI model. If your source content includes multiple languages, the HEA respects that context too. You can also define a preferred language or tone in the personality settings.
You can deactivate or delete your HEA at any time. All data is removed from our runtime servers, and encrypted files become inaccessible. You’re in control from start to finish.
Yes. You can edit your HEA’s content, design, tone, and calls-to-action anytime — and publish changes instantly. No downtime or redeployment needed. Our pricing will offer different plans to match your HEA size and your refresh frequencey needs.
Absolutely. Whether you’re building for one brand or many, our platform lets you create and organize multiple HEAs — each with its own voice and purpose.
Absolutely. Head to the Try It page to interact with HEAGuide, our demo agent built for this purpose.
Yes, for EU-facing usage the Act’s transparency obligations apply to our conversational HEAs. We disclose when you’re interacting with AI and label synthetic content. HEA-World does not provide out-of-the-box high-risk Annex III systems (e.g., credit scoring, hiring decisions, education grading).
Not for our standard HEAs. Transparency is self-managed (clear AI notices, synthetic media labelling, human fallback). A formal EU Declaration of Conformity + CE marking is only required for high-risk systems after a conformity assessment. If a customer wants to deploy an HEA in a high-risk domain, they must complete those steps before EU release.
We integrate trusted foundation models (currently OpenAI). Providers of GPAI models have additional obligations under the AI Act (e.g., technical documentation, training data source summaries, and risk controls). As an integrator, we align our platform practices with this evolving EU guidance.
Operational logs are stored in the EU (Cloudflare R2 – Frankfurt) and retained up to 12 months for reliability and abuse detection. We do not send personal identifiers to the model provider unless you explicitly provide them in a chat.
You can request human assistance at any time via our contact links or the conversation UI.
